Enjoy the capital Florian! Hopefully there aren't too many other tourists to get in your way!

Left KIAD yesterday on LH 417 Airbus A330-300. Again sitting in the cockpit. Great being on the crew :)

Rwy 19L, CAPITAL EIGHT DEP, heading 230 initially, then right to 320, almost hit a bird at 4000ft, then direct WOOLY. Great view of Baltimore and the Chesapeake Bay.

Nope, fourth time I think. Been there a few times last year.

Funny story: We were taxiing out and the Lufthansa 747-8i came in behind us. Ramp controller quote: "Attention all mobile lounges: Boeing 747-8 just landed!"

Get out Lufthansa is coming :) :) :)

But...love the city. Even saw Obama´s motorcade :) My next flightlines this month will be a day tour to Istanbul, 4 days across Europe (A320) and then Tokyo on the A380. Looking forward to that one :)
